Its origin
Gabriel was born in Brazil in 1981 into a family with Basque-Italian origins in which gatherings, cooking and eating are a way of blessing life and honoring the simplicity that brings you closer to happiness.
From a very young age, the illusion of participating in that, leads him to be interested in tasks such as preparing the fire, chopping the aromatic herbs or replenishing the wine for the guests.
But it is in Florianópolis after a trip throughout his country where he begins to become a professional and where he discovers that through his travels and deep study of cooking he is capable of turning his food into a journey towards the spirit.
